We are a fee-based financial planning firm that creates personalized financial plans for a pre-determined cost. With our co-advisor model, you’ll always have at least one advisor with their CFP designation and an experienced, friendly team ready to help.

Fee-Based Financial Planning

Annual Planning Fee: $3,600-$10,000

All new clients start by completing at least one year of financial planning, which allows us to develop a comprehensive plan and get fully acquainted with your unique financial goals.

What Can I Expect In My First Year As A Client?

  • 30-Minutes via Zoom

    Join us for a complimentary discussion about your financial and personal situation. Learn about our team, our menu of services, and what you can expect as a client of The Jamrog Group. Get your simple and complex questions answered.

  • 90-Minutes, Virtual or In-Person

    This discovery session builds the foundation for your personalized plan. By diving into your goals, concerns, and priorities, we gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs.

    After taking a complete inventory of your finances, we then get to work analyzing your situation to create recommendations tailored specifically for you.

  • 90-Minutes, Virtual or In-Person

    During this session, we present a detailed analysis of your plan and provide specific recommendations to help get you closer to your goals.

    We not only present the "why" behind the plan, but also actively seek and incorporate your feedback into it. This collaborative approach is what clients enjoy most about our relationship during each step of the planning process.

  • 90-Minutes, Virtual or In-Person

    This final meeting in the fee-based planning process is where we provide a roadmap for the implementation of our recommendations.

    More specifically, this meeting is where we present investment and insurance proposals, tax strategies, and specific next steps in your plan.

    *Financial plan recommendations can be implemented with the advisor of your choosing. Implementation of specific products or services may result in commissions or fees outside of the financial planning fee.

    This meeting is designed to ensure ongoing accountability and support as you work through your action items throughout our first year together.

  • 30-Minutes

    Scheduled toward the end of our first year of work together, this meeting wraps up year one, reviews your accomplishments, and sets the stage for our future work together.

What Can I Expect As An Established Client?

After completing one year of financial planning, you’ll transition to an established client status. We follow a trimester model and schedule focused meetings so you have the financial information you need, when you need it.

  • 60-Minutes, Virtual or In-Person

    This annual meeting is where we discuss any changes to your financial plan. We review your personal goals, cash flow and insurance, present new planning ideas, and discuss relevant topics such as education planning, retirement projections, and investments.

  • 15-30 Minutes, Virtual or Phone

    This is an optional check-in meeting with a member of our team where we will check on the progress of any to-dos, provide any timely and relevant updates, and set the stage for our fall meeting.

  • 60-Minutes, Virtual or In-Person

    During this fall meeting, we review market and economic updates, cash flow, and complete year-end tax planning. If we manage your investments we also will review your portfolio.

  • As a fee-based planning client, you have as-needed access to our team throughout the year for any needs that arise.

  • We love connecting with our clients outside of the office. Our local clients enjoy joining us for concerts in the “Jambox”, sunset river cruises, and charitable events while our virtual clients have the opportunity to participate in virtual events, such as craft chocolate tasting.
